Patient Portal

All patients of SELC now have access to account information and health records with our free patient portal.  Here are some of the benefits of using the patient portal:

  • 24/7 Access
  • Access to some of your medical records
  • Prescription Refills
  • Send messages/attachments to our office


There are two simple ways to sign up for access to our patient portal.

  1. Click on the link in the email you received from Northside at the time of your visit.
  2. If you did not receive an email with a link, you can register by accessing the MyOneChart site directly at the link provided below.

Sleep Education Clinic

Southeastern Lung Care and The Sleep Disorders Centers offer a Sleep Education Clinic for all patients that are currently on PAP therapy for their sleep apnea. Patients are seen by our Technical Director, who holds a Certification in Clinical Sleep Health, to address any issues or concerns they may have about PAP therapy. We also perform mask fittings, answer questions about the equipment and send orders for new supplies.  If you're struggling with CPAP Therapy, contact us today to schedule your appointment.

Medication Refills

Please be aware, medication refills can sometimes take several days to complete.  Please anticipate when you will need medication refills and request them early rather than waiting until your medication is gone. 


If you need medication refills, please submit your refill request using the patient portal, or call our office directly.
